BANKINVIDEOS LLC has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of our visitors and customers. BANKINVIDEOS LLC is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us (the phrases “personally identifiable information” and “personal information” may mean any information by which you, individually, can be identified, such as your name, address, telephone number, etc.). APP Stores: External Websites
Your app store (e.g., iTunes or Google Play) may collect certain information in connection with your use of the App, such as Personal Information, Payment Information, Geolocational Information, and other usage-based data. We have no control over the collection of such information by a third-party app store, and any such collection or use will be subject to that third party’s applicable privacy policies.
The App may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of these websites. As such, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those third-party websites. You should check the applicable third-party privacy policy and terms of use when visiting any other websites.
A Special Notice about Children
Children (under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the Platform unsupervised, and we ask that children do not submit any personal information to us. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this Platform in conjunction with, and under the supervision of your parents or guardians.
Users Under 13 Years of Age
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information, including Personal Information, from children or other individuals who are not legally able to use our Platform and Services. While you or an authorized representative is using our Platform and Services, we may collect Personal Information from a parent or legal guardian or authorized representative pertaining to a child under the age of 13.

General
In general, there are two primary ways BANKINVIDEOS LLC will collect your personal information:
First, BANKINVIDEOS LLC may collect information submitted via the “Contact Us” form, the Platform “Sign Up” form, the Platform “Log In” form, the “My Account” form, along with the various Platform event information entries, requesting or downloading one of our publications, sending us an email, telephoning us, or by subscribing to our news feed, including any personal information you submit. Whether or not you choose to provide personal information is entirely up to you.
Second, BANKINVIDEOS LLC may track the domain address from which you visit the Platform through cookies (see “Cookies” Section below), analyze this data for trends and statistics, and use the information for internal marketing purposes. BANKINVIDEOS LLC will never sell your information to third parties.
The manner in which we will collect and use your information is set forth below.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
We will collect all the information that you supply to us through our contact and sign-up forms, user account information forms, questionnaires, and other Platform entries including personal information and personal messages you submit. We do not collect any Personal Information from you when you use the Platform unless you provide us with the Personal Information voluntarily.
The collection of this information enables us to provide you with the assistance and services you have requested through our Platform. In furtherance of these objectives, BANKINVIDEOS LLC may collect the following personal information:
Contact Information: If you submit your name, email address, address, phone numbers, and other similar data or any other personal contact information on our “Contact Us Form”, “Sign Up” form, “Log In” form, User Account form, questionnaires, and other Platform entries, or via email or other communication mechanism, then you are deemed to have given consent for us to use such information to contact you (“Contact Information”). We do not collect any personal information from you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.
When you sign up to become a user of the Platform (a “User”), you will be asked to provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, email address, address, phone numbers. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to this information as “Personal Information. The Platform is not responsible for any personal information provided by you without the third party’s consent.
Other than the online contact information required to obtain parental consent, we do not collect any Personal Information from Users under the age of 13 unless the User’s parent or legal guardian has first provided us such information themselves. By submitting information for a child under the age of 13, you are consenting to the obtaining, use, and storage of such information on our platform. If we learn we have collected Personal Information from a User under the age of 13 without parental consent, or if we learn a User under the age of 13 has provided us Personal Information beyond what we request from him or her, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Customer Information: We may record and retain records of your specific personal information and messages submitted to us through the “Contact Us” form, “Sign Up” form, or “Log In” form, or email or other communication mechanism (“Customer Information”).
Credentials: We collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
User-generated content: We may collect content including comments, photographs, livestreams, audio recordings, videos, and virtual item videos that you choose to upload to the Platform (“User Content”). We collect User Content through pre-loading at the time of creation, import, or upload, regardless of whether you choose to save or upload that User Content, to recommend audio options and provide other personalized recommendations. If you apply an effect to your User Content, we may collect a version of your User Content that does not include the effect. We may also collect content, including text, images, and video, found in your device’s clipboard, with your permission. For example, if you choose to initiate content sharing with a third-party platform or choose to paste content from the clipboard into the Platform, we access this information stored in your clipboard to fulfill your request.
Image and Audio Information: We may collect information about the images and audio that are a part of your User Content, such as identifying the objects and scenery that appear, the existence and location within an image of face and body features and attributes, the nature of the audio, and the text of the words spoken in your User Content. We may collect this information to enable special video effects, for content moderation, for demographic classification, for content and ad recommendations, and for other non-personally identifying operations. We may collect biometric identifiers and biometric information as defined under US laws, such as faceprints and voiceprints, from your User Content. Where required by law, we will seek any required permissions from you prior to any such collection.
Payment Information: If you choose to make a purchase a membership or service that requires a fee, you will be required to provide us with your payment information, including, without limitation, bank account numbers, credit card or debit card numbers, account details, ACH information, and similar data (collectively, “Payment Information”). Such Payment Information will be collected and processed by our third-party payment vendors pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use, and we do not obtain access to any Payment Information in connection with such purchases or subscriptions.
Geolocational Information: Certain features and functionalities of the BANKINVIDEOS App are based on your location. To provide these features and functionalities while you are using your mobile device, we may, with your consent, automatically collect geolocational information from your mobile device or wireless carrier and/or certain third-party service providers (collectively, “Geolocational Information”). Collection of such Geolocational Information occurs only when the App is running on your device. You may decline to allow us to collect such Geolocational Information, in which case we will not be able to provide certain features or functionalities to you.
Mobile Device Information: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, Bluetooth, sensors, SMS messages, social media accounts, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings. We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
Statistical Information: We may gather statistical information including app usage, data collected from surveys, and other similar data from Platform visitors and analyze this data for trends and statistics (“Statistical Information”).
Collected Information: Contact Information, Customer Information, Credentials, User Generated Content, Payment Information, Geolocational Information, Mobile Device Information, and Statistical Information, and any information we may collect from you using cookies (see “Cookies” Section below), or from our affiliates or from other parties or through any other means, shall collectively be referred to as (“Collected Information”).
Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation
We only collect Personal Information that is relevant for providing the services within the Platform. We process Personal Information in a way that is compatible with providing the Platform’s operation and services or as otherwise authorized by you. We take reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Information is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.

Cookies
The Platform may use cookie technology to improve the quality of your experience. Do We Share Your Information?

Customer Information: Any Customer Information that you disclose to us may be used to respond to your inquiries submitted to us.
Payment Information: We may use your payment information to process payment for memberships and other services requested by you.
Geolocational and Mobile Device Information: We may use your geolocational and/or Mobile Device information to provide information and services requested by you.
Statistical Information: We may use Statistical Information to help diagnose problems with and maintain our computer servers, to manage our Platform, and to enhance our Platform and services based on the usage pattern data we receive. Other Disclosures

Accessing and Modifying Account Information.

We strive to help parents ensure that they and their children have a safe experience using our Services. We take steps to verify the identity of anyone requesting information about a child and to ensure that the person is in fact the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Opt Out

Data Retention

BANKINVIDEOS LLC does not provide the technologies used to build this Platform, and therefore, neither recommends nor endorses the same. Any information regarding identified technologies, including their capabilities, limitations, and applications, should be sought directly from their manufacturers. BANKINVIDEOS LLC hereby disclaims any rights to trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, copyrights, patents, domain names, or other intellectual property interests of third parties.
Links to Other Material
The Platform may contain links to other Platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Venmo, and YouTube. These links and plug-ins are for your convenience. Platforms linked to and from the Platform are not necessarily under the control of BANKINVIDEOS LLC, and BANKINVIDEOS LLC shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the content or privacy practices of any linked Platforms, or any link or linking program at any time. You should read and understand BANKINVIDEOS LLC policies with respect to such third-party links, as stated in the Terms and Conditions of the Platform.
Security
The Platform uses commercially reasonable security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control; however, no system is impenetrable.
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. BANKINVIDEOS LLC reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business, the Platform or Services, or applicable laws. The revised Privacy Policy will be effective as of the published effective date.
